At a campaign rally in Madison, Wisconsin, President Biden addressed the crowd, acknowledging attempts by some to push him out of the presidential race. Despite this, he reaffirmed his commitment to stay in the contest, responding to chants of “Let’s go Joe.” The rally and an upcoming prime-time interview with ABC News host George Stephanopoulos are part of his campaign’s strategy to counter doubts about his suitability for re-election following a disappointing debate performance last week.

President Biden dismissed suggestions to exit the presidential race, asserting that his nomination was the result of widespread voter support.“I am the party’s nominee because millions of Democrats, like you, voted for me in primaries across the nation,” Biden stated at a Wisconsin rally on Friday. “You chose me as your nomiee. No one else. It was you, the voters. The voters made that decision.”
