Pakistan condemned the remarks of the Indian chief minister about taking back the Sindh province.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said the remarks by an Indian official shows imperialist and expansionist mentality.
Highly irresponsible remarks
Recently, the Indian news channel NDTV quoted Uttar Pardesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s provocative statement.
Yogi said he doesn’t see any reason why India cannot take “Sindhu” – the Sindh province of Pakistan. Pakistan immediately condemned “the highly irresponsible remarks made by the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh”.
India urged to solve disputes
In the same statement, Pakistan foreign office urged India to solve disputes through dialogue as war is in no one’s favor.
“It is a matter of grave concern that such ideas are being increasingly peddled by individuals belonging to the BJP,” Baloch said.
