Russia is ready for nuclear war

MOSCOW, 13 March: Russian President Vladimir Putin warned the West that Russia is ready for a nuclear war in all respects.

The President warned the United States about deploying its troops in Ukraine, arguing the step would result in a large-scale war between the two countries.

Speaking just days before the March 15 election in which Putin is certain to win a sixth term, he said, “We are in no rush to start a nuclear war and have not yet felt the need to use nukes in Ukraine.”

“From a military technical point of view, we are ready without any doubt, “Putin said in response to a question about whether Russia is ready for a nuclear war.

Putin said, “The United States knows that if it sends its forces into Russian territory or into Ukraine, Russia will consider it an intervention.” Putin said that there are many experts working in the field of Russia-US relations and strategic restraint in the United States.

“I don’t think there’s any rush to start a nuclear war, but we’re ready,” Putin told the Russian media channel Rossiya 1.
