TEHRAN: The Iranian Navy has released drone footage of the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier as it passes through the Hormuz strait.

It is a usual practice of the US ships to travel in the strait but the current geopolitical tensions can have consequences.

US military confirmed

The incident took place on 26 November, when the US aircraft carrier was passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

On November 26, the US Central Command also confirmed that its aircraft carrier entered into the waters of the Persian Gulf.

The Iranian Navy said they warned the strike force to change its course and land their helicopters.
